Job Summary

This position will oversee all aspects of the IT department, with a programming focus in analyzing, designing, developing, and maintaining programs in a Microsoft Visual Studios environment which will supplement the ERP system, manufacturing, warehouse/shipping, engineering, and management.

Essential Functions

  • Provide support for user technical issues and assist with training
  • Maintain existing in-house software using Visual Studio
  • Design and develop new in-house software using Visual Studio or C#
  • Ticket creation, escalation and resolution
  • Oversee daily IT operations including monitoring, backup, recovery of local server systems and networks
  • Research technologies and develop plans for improvement projects
  • Develop and maintain documentation of systems
  • Ascertain IT department skills and develop a plan to cross-train members as needed.


  • 5 years of programming experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong people skills, ability to interact with basic and advanced users
  • Ability to work in high pressure situations


  • Visual Studio experience – a working knowledge of VB & C# is preferable
  • RDP/TS experience
  • SQL usage and management experience
  • Windows Hyper-V experience
  • Windows Server 2019 experience
  • Hands on experience installing and troubleshooting IT hardware and software


  • Degree in programming or related field desired
