| PART INFORMATION | 540G is used with TR 540-550 series aluminum valves. First, use the brush to remove debris and burrs from rim hole. Second, insert the Go No-Go gauge into valve hole. If it fits up to the green ring, the rim is okay for service. If the Go No-Go gauge fits into the rim hole beyond the green ring, it is not okay for service per The Tire & Rim Association. |
