The Director of Operations is a key member of the executive leadership team responsible for the strategic and tactical oversight of manufacturing, maintenance, purchasing, and shipping functions. This role is accountable for achieving operational objectives related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity. The Director of Operations is expected to implement measurable processes, enforce accountability standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that support organizational profitability and efficiency. Performance in this role is evaluated based on the achievement of defined operational metrics, compliance requirements, and leadership effectiveness.

The Quality Auditor is responsible for inspecting, testing and measuring parts at set-up, in-process or receiving.

The Machine Operator is responsible for set up, operating and maintaining a machine to make quality products for external customers within the established timelines.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for installation of electrical services including the sizing of conduit, wire, fuses and overloads in compliance with NEC, NFPA and OSHA standards. Diagnose and repair equipment with electrical or mechanical problems. Investigate and take necessary action that will reduce problem reoccurrence. Able to troubleshoot problems with machine bearings, cams and gears and make repairs as necessary.
