The Human Resource Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources Department. This position assists with onboarding, payroll administration, benefits administration, employee records management, training coordination, employee engagement and employee communication. The Human Resource Assistant serves as a resource for employees while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

The Project Engineer leads the design, development, application, and lifecycle management of a diverse portfolio of mechanical components and products. This role is responsible for managing projects from initial concept through full product lifecycle, including customer and supplier engagement, competitive analysis, testing, prototype development, and manufacturing integration. This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, Quality, and Procurement, combining technical engineering expertise with effective project management.

The Quality Auditor is responsible for inspecting, testing and measuring parts at set-up, in-process or receiving.

The Machine Operator is responsible for set up, operating and maintaining a machine to make quality products for external customers within the established timelines.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for installation of electrical services including the sizing of conduit, wire, fuses and overloads in compliance with NEC, NFPA and OSHA standards. Diagnose and repair equipment with electrical or mechanical problems. Investigate and take necessary action that will reduce problem reoccurrence. Able to troubleshoot problems with machine bearings, cams and gears and make repairs as necessary.
